Labourer – Historic Building Demolition (Strip-Out)

We are recruiting a reliable Labourer for a short-term historic building demolition strip-out project in Winchester.

This is a hands-on site role supporting controlled internal demolition works within a sensitive, historic environment.

The role

• Soft strip and internal demolition works

• Assisting skilled operatives on site

• Removing materials and keeping work areas clean and safe

• Working in line with site safety and heritage controls

Essential requirements

• Valid CSCS card

• Asbestos Awareness certificate

• Ability to work safely and follow site instructions

• Reliable and available for the full duration of the project

Duration and pay

• 7 to 14 days work

• Rate negotiable, depending on experience and tickets

This is a good short-term opportunity for a labourer with demolition or strip-out experience, particularly within commercial or sensitive buildings.
